There is a ONE TIME registration fee of $30 for all NEW members and an ANNUAL enhancement fee of $10 for ALL members. 

**If signing up online, you will need to come to either the Pinetop or Show Low location to pick up your KEY CARD(s).**

This membership bills monthly on a credit or debit card until you cancel.

It is NOT A CONTRACT, but REQUIRES a 30 day written notice to cancel. You can cancel by emailing The Gym at [email protected].

We offer a 12 month contract in single, couple, or family memberships.

With a contract you are locked into the 12 payments for the year. After your year is complete you can then cancel with 30 days written notice. To cancel email The Gym at [email protected].

All autopays and contracts require a 30 day written notice to cancel. You must submit this cancellation for billing to stop.
