Yes, we offer day pass and week passes. They can be purchased during our staffed business hours listed on our contact page. Pinetop - Day Pass $20, Week Pass $45 / Show Low - Day Pass $15, Week Pass $35

With a parent we do allow children to start working out at 13. Without a parent 16 is the minimum age, but the parent is required upon registration to sign the waiver. We do allow young well-behaved children to sit on the designated floor mats or close to their parent while working out. Children are not to be on or playing on the equipment. 

YES! We accept all insurance covered gym memberships. All we need is your Fitness I.D. Number. There is a $30 onboarding. Your insurance plan covers your monthly membership. 

We offer amenities such as locker rooms in Pinetop, single restrooms in Show Low, showers at both locations, day use lockers, free wifi, and Infrared Saunas. 

Freezes- You will need to reach out to the club directly by calling either location.  We allow up to 3 month freezes on month to month agreements, no indefinite freezes. No freeze on contracts unless medical with a doctors note. If you are on a contract a freeze will push your contract out. 

Cancellations on autopay's require a 30 day written notice. That notice can be sent via email to cancelthegym@gmail.com. Contracts must be fulfilled unless relocation 55+miles away and proof of relocation is required. Proof can be submitted via email picture with a lease, utility bill, job acceptance letter, or updated driver's license in your name with the new address on it.
