Challenge yourself with a daily dose of yoga. We offer a variety of heated and non-heated yoga classes for all levels of expertise. You can book your yoga class online to reserve your class seat. It is time to go beyond your limits and discover your passion.
The word Yoga comes from the Indian philosophy meaning to join or unite, referring to the union of the individuals soul with the universe.
Give us a call at 928.367.1133 and we will get you set up with an account. You will then be able to book online. We strongly recommend registering for classes online to be informed of changes and cancellations.
Intermediate to Advanced:
Yoga Sculpt is a fast paced yoga flow that includes yoga poses, cardio and strength moves to improve metabolism and improve strength.
All Levels -
Find the perfect balance of deep stretch and complete relaxation in this class combining restorative yoga with the grounding essence of Yin. Move through gentle, supported poses and long-held stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and nourish your body and mind. This practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and leave feeling renewed and at ease.

This class is a yin/slow flow combo class that incorporates breath work, myofascial self massage with guided meditations.
Intermediate to Advanced:
Class temperatures range from 85 to 90 degrees, setting the stage for a challenging and invigorating 60-minute yoga experience. While prior yoga experience is beneficial, modifications are always available to accommodate all levels. Prepare for a fusion of powerful poses, unique flows and transitions and optional arm balances! This class encourages you to elevate your practice while embarking on a playful journey of self-discovery.
Beginner to Intermediate -
Physical Ability: must be able to move freely without much restriction, able to get on and off the floor easily.
Flexibility is NOT required!
This flow yoga class is slow to moderate pace. The class starts with a warm up, moving into sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, and ends with a cool down routine. The class is designed to bring mindfulness to your practice. The sequences are designed to challenge you, yet find the balance between effort and release.

This gentle, welcoming yoga class is designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or physical ability. It combines flowing movements to promote flexibility and strength with somatic exercises that help you connect deeply with your body. Through gentle EFT tapping, you'll release tension and cultivate relaxation. The practice also integrates mindful breathwork and energy awareness to help balance your chakras and energize your body. Guided visualizations support the opening of energy centers, fostering a sense of vitality and harmony. The session incorporates breathwork and meditation to center your mind and nurture your overall well-being. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a restorative, energy-balancing experience, this class provides a supportive space to explore movement, deepen your awareness, and promote inner calm and energetic harmony.

This fun and engaging workshop is designed to help children nurture their mind and body through simple, playful practices. Kids will explore calming breath work to help manage feelings, enjoy mindful movement and gentle yoga to build strength and flexibility, and express their creativity through exciting arts and crafts activities. The workshop also emphasizes community
building, encouraging children to connect, share, and support each other in a joyful, supportive environment. Perfect for fostering mindfulness, emotional resilience, and fun, this workshop offers a balanced mix of movement, relaxation, and imagination—all crafted to promote overall well-being for
young explorers.

Yoga asana is the practice of being stable in a good space. I love that yoga blends the mind, body ,and spirit, and allows me to take what I learn on the mat, off the mat and feel more stable in the good space I create in my life.
