All Levels: Targeted for Weight lifters
Whether you’re here to finally unlock your squat depth, undo the damage of sitting at a desk all day, or just figure out how to stand up without your knees sounding like a bowl of Rice Krispies, you are in exactly the right place.
My classes are all about anatomy, active mobility, and bulletproofing your joints. We won't be doing any deep yogic practices (these are fantastic, and please take time to explore these if you’re interested). We will be doing a lot of core bracing, targeted mobility work, and holding poses just long enough for you to question your life choices (kidding... mostly).
If you have any nagging injuries, tight spots, or movement limitations, just give me a quick heads-up before class starts. My goal is to make these movements work for your body, so I will always have anatomically safe modifications ready for you. No ego lifting in the gym, and definitely no ego stretching on the mat.

Intermediate to Advanced:
Offered during the SUMMER months. Yoga Sculpt is a fast paced yoga flow that includes yoga poses, cardio and strength moves to improve metabolism and improve strength.

I want to create a welcoming atmosphere that removes barriers and fears when doing yoga, which creates an environment where students are comfortable to explore movement and breath as we become a community to support one another.

I want to heal/reintegrate the body, mind, and spirit to provide a safe and encouraging space for others. I want to share and celebrate the incredible and ancient tradition of yoga without appropriating or white washing the knowledge that has been passed down.

With 13 years on the mat as an RYT 500 and my fair share of time under a heavy barbell, my teaching style is exactly where the mindfulness of yoga meets the grit of the weight room. I teach a no-nonsense, anatomically precise practice designed to keep your joints healthy and your lower back from screaming when you pick up heavy things (or just your groceries). You won't find any hour-long chanting sessions or competitive pretzel-making in my classes; instead, expect a heavy dose of core bracing, targeted mobility work, and just enough terrible jokes to distract you from the fact that we’ve been holding a lunge for three business days. Whether you're a seasoned lifter trying to finally figure out how to touch your toes, or you just want to stand up from the floor with a little more grace, my goal is to make you stronger, bendier, and significantly harder to break.

My intention as a teacher is to show up real, & rooted to create a safe, supportive space where students can explore, feel, and uncover their inner strength. My classes are structured to embrace fluidity, freedom & interoceptive power, diving inward -connecting breath to movement. Very thankful to share my passion through FLOW classes with this amazing community.

An intentional yoga flow to create alignment within your mind, body and soul.

I love the practice of all forms of yoga and really fell in love with Yoga Sculpt because of the power and strength it has brought to my body and to my fellow yogis. I'm passionate about women's health and sharing what I have learned in my personal study and practice since my early twenties. Now that I'm retired from a forty year career

I'm passionate about women's health and sharing what I have learned in my personal study and practice since my early twenties. Now that I'm retired from a forty year career in IT, I'm fully invested in the four pillars of health, physical, nutrition, spiritual and community. I truly love learning and sharing knowledge with a wide community so we can all experience the best version of ourselves.
